The suction from the end cap works, but the textured sleeve inside feels a bit firmer than I expected, so it's not as soft as the UltraSkyn label suggests. Twisting the base to adjust is a nice touch, though it takes some fiddling to get the angle right. Fine for the price, but not mind-blowing.
